Good afternoon everyone,

The clubs annual meeting scheduled for March 25th will be postponed due to concerns regarding the Covid 19 virus outbreak. The annual meeting will be rescheduled as soon as this crisis has passed.  You may have already received the clubs annual meeting notice in the mail, please disregard it.  Along these lines the Board of Directors has decided to temporarily suspend all clubhouse rentals and events until this crisis has passed.  We appreciate that this may be an inconvenience and feel that at this time these actions are in everyones best interest.

Good afternoon NCP members,

The board of directors recently met conducting lake business and we would like to let everyone know whats going on.

First and foremost the repair to the dam wall has been successfully completed and the lake is back to normal. The repair took some time due to the weather and we appreciate everyones patience.

The annual meeting date has been set for Wednesday March 25th at 7pm and we strongly encourage all members to attend. At this years meeting will be discussing a possible dues increase along with a discussion on a capital improvement funding proposal. The board recognizes that these are important issues and we really are looking for and need input and ideas from the membership.

We will also be looking for and will need candidates for membership to the board of directors as several long serving members have decided to step down. These positions are important for the community to thrive and if you are interested in helping out please let us know.

With spring and summer not to far off we would remind everyone that if you are thinking about using the clubhouse for an event to check your calendars and let us know. Last year the clubhouse filled up for graduation, birthday and family parties quickly.

On that note we will also be sending out and posting notices in the next month or so for lake cleanup and maintenance parties so our grounds are in top shape for everyone.

We wish everyone a happy spring and hope to see you at the annual meeting March 25.

The NCP Board would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah,  Happy Kwanzaa and New Year to all.

The board is still working on repairs at the dam and hopefully we will have everything in order for skating fairly soon.  If you have a kayak at the deep end you may want to get it removed before they are damaged. A few of them have filled with rain water and snow, they were flipped over and emptied before they froze and they need attention.  

On a special note attached should be a flyer for the annual Chuck Poidevin blood drive. The Poidevin family has been involved in the lake and our community for decades and this drive is a wonderful way to help our community and remember Chuck.

Park Church is putting on a Drive Thru Live Nativity T. With Shepherds, sheep. and Caleb the Donkey, and a large cast. Starting at 5 p.m. Park Church is a member of New City Park

Park Church, a dues paying member, is organizing a Free Fall Festival Saturday Nov 2, 2019 from 1 pm to 4 pm with Games, Food, Arts and Crafts for the whole family….Enjoy! Park Church is located at 4 Roosevelt Place

Good Morning NCP members and neighbors,

We just wanted everyone to know that on Monday Sept. 9 during the afternoon and early evening the New City Fire Dept. will be conducting a water and ice rescue training drill at the lake. During the drill the deep end and clubhouse area of the lake may not be available for swimming and there will be emergency vehicles traffic in the area. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
